Like our competitors, we also have to buy at below Market value, however, to make the deal fair you get a share in the property to make up the difference to the full value. For example, we might give you three quarters (75%) of the independent valuation today and the remaining quarter (25%) when we resell the property in exactly ten years time. What is more, in the above example your 'future share bonus payout' will be a quarter of the 'future' sale price, so your share increases overtime with the value of the property
Again using the above example, if your house is worth £100,000 today and in ten years has increased to £200,000 then you would receive £75,000 cash (75%) now and then in ten years when we resell the property you will receive your bonus payout of £50,000 (25% of the 'increased' value).
In total you will have received a total over ten years of £125,000 instead of just £75,000. That's the equivalent of saving almost a £100 per week for ten years. Overall you are £50,000 better off than selling to our competitors. Also, you get £25,000 more than todays full market value.
